School has started. What have you done to get ready for the year? Probably a lot. You probably talked to your teacher, school nurse and / or administrator about your child's specific dietary needs. You've probably found all the right foods for lunch boxes. Well - not all the right foods. As parents we know that's an ongoing process - food allergies or not! :)
Check it out on Amazon. The link to the paperback version includes several excerpts from the book. The link to the Kindle version will too - as soon as it lets me add them.
I know this looks like advertising.... but I don't know how to let you know this book is available without "advertising". And this book's purpose is to make life easier for the person who needs to eat gluten free - by educating those who are important parts of his/her life.
If you've read it - and find this a great classroom (or grandparent - or aunt - or babysitter) resource - please let others know. Or even if you haven't read it - please share! It's an easy way to make a positive difference for the child (or adult) whose life might be challenged a bit because he/she has to eat a bit differently from his/her friends (coworkers / family).
