Routine Is Comfort
We each have a history and a present
that affects our transition to gluten free.
#1 Rule: Respect Your Own Health
Look at it the same way as when the flight attendant instructs passengers to get their own oxygen on in an emergency situation before helping anyone else.
Sometimes we HAVE to depend on others (but cannot).
I CAN have this; I CAN have that.
Be careful, you don't want to swap one health issue for another.
You are creating new shopping and cooking routines now that you gluten free; so just be conscious about food choices and what works best for you. Depending on where you are (with health and home), getting those pre-packaged items might be the best way you can get started. Or, maybe you are in a place where you want to do all your own cooking from whole, fresh foods. Or.....maybe you're somewhere in between.
