We don't have Udi's or Chebe in Australia. On a recent trip to the US I got to try both. I LOVED Udi's. I ate like 6 of their pizzas in a week. And I bought some Chebe mix home with me. We don't have any frozen GF pizza bases here, and I hadn't thought of freezing my own. That's a great idea. We do have a mix here that is very similar to Chebe Cheese mix, so I will give this a go.

Tracie, It is so nice to have a crust ready to pull out of the freezer. Its like take-out pizza to me. 6 pizzas in a week. ? LOL! I guess you couldn't bring the frozen pizzas home with you, :) Actually, I could probably eat a pizza every day. They are certainly yummy!

You can find Chebe on Amazon. Just surf for Amazon, and, then, on that site, Chebe. It's cheaper by the case.

What can you do with it if you get it too wet? I added some gf flour mix and it was still too wet and won't roll out without sticking.

Marleena. I add tapioca starch - and then it reminds me next time to hold back some of that water and just add as needed :)
